PCIe is somewhat supported with RFNoC, but it's not as flexible as
Ethernet. It can only support a very limited number of blocks. If you
use Ethernet, this problem will not appear. Also, you don't have to keep
rebooting your machine.
We will make PCIe more useful in the future, but there will always be
some limitation compared to Ethernet. Right now, you can support 2
blocks (e.g. 2 radios) with one streaming port each.
