have you tried running the IQ balance calibration tools?
Or do you have the official measurement data about the IQ imbalance problem of the USRP?
If there was a systematic imbalance, we'd just fix it :D
IQ imbalance is a random thing that is a result of component imperfections, and hence, you must calibrate every single daughterboard/USRP/frequency combination. That's why we have the calibration tools:
