Yes, its indeed Sebastian issue =)

Johannes, I remember you had this exact issue a few months back. I wrote
a patch for that. You never told me it was incomplete ;-)

This should fix the generated xml file:

I haven't tested it for unwanted side-effects. Felix, please check if it
works you and doesn't break anything (!)

John, this patch is off maint. It will let you know when its ready to be
merged.
