[Discuss-gnuradio] FOSDEM '14: Final Schedule

Hi everyone,

as you might remember, FOSDEM '14 is having a dedicated SDR track for
the first time. Despite being new and all, we managed to get a full
speaker lineup ready before the first deadline was over.
