GNU Radio release candidate 3.7.0rc0 is available for download and testing:

This is a snapshot of the repository master branch at tag v3.7.0rc0, and is intended for final testing by users.

As this is not a formal release, it is not accompanied by release notes. The full list of changes between the 3.6 and 3.7 APIs will be made available at the time of 3.7.0 release.

It does indicate, however, that the 3.7 API is now frozen and we will only be merging bug fixes into the source code until the final release.
