I just cleaned and rebuilt master and all tests pass for me on Ubuntu 12.04.

Output of gnuradio-config-info shows that I am on master.
address@hidden:~/gnuradio/build$ gnuradio-core/src/lib/gnuradio-config-info -v
v3.6.3-35-g4435082f

        Start 120: qa_ctcss_squelch
120/180 Test #120: qa_ctcss_squelch .................   Passed    0.17 sec
