[Discuss-gnuradio] USRP Measurements

Hi All,

I'm looking at how suitable USRPs are as potential transmitters.
This is for a uni project.. I'm looking for avenues (heck you might even say simple exercises) of aspects I can investigate for the N210 + XCVR2450.

With so much info available for the individual hardware components available, I'm almost unsure if there is anything I can / should examine to test the limitations

E.g. I've been looking at the 
-output power vs amplitude
-output power (dBm) vs input gain
-output power as a function of LO placement, and IF relative to LO for a simple tone input,

Is any of this actually worthwhile.. any recommendations on other aspects worth looking at / examining with a spec amp :/
I feel like most of my work has just been uncovering stuff i'm sure other people know already..
