Sorry, not sure what you mean here. In what context are you talking about?
it should be just frac_rate = output_rate / input_rate.
If you are using the pfb_arb_resampler, you just use that. If you are using the fractional_interpolator, you'll use the inverse.

any plans to stick a USB3 chip in the USB usrp's ? Is it possible to just swap the usb chip upgrade the firmware and have a easy upgrade? ( dreaming )
