Are you using the howto-make-a-block as a template? If so, have a look
at the files in the grc/ subdirectory. You need to adapt these as well.

If you're using the old Makefile system, I would also like to spotlight
gr_modtool.py [1]. It's a tool which automatically writes template files
for .cc, .h and .py as well as the GRC bindings and edits the Makefiles
accordingly. You then only need to edit your stuff.
