The USRP2 runs at 100 Msamples/sec. There is no integer decimation factor that will yield exactly 8 Msamples/sec for an 8 MHz bandwidth. 100 / 12 = 8.33333... 100 / 13 = 7.69230769 @(^.^)@ Ed
