None that I'm aware of :-)
There are some #define's in parts of the runtime code that will
produce debugging output if you enable them.
For looking at scheduler behavior the one you want is at the top of
gr_block_executor.cc.
// must be defined to either 0 or 1
#define ENABLE_LOGGING 0
