Changes:
- db_base is abstract now
- db_flexrf: removed implementations from the derived classes which where 
identical to the base class implementation
- db_flexrf/db_wbx: call set_auto_tr in the tx/rx class constructor, base 
class does not have this method.
- removed d_tx variable, use db_flexrf_{rx,tx} instead
