[Discuss-gnuradio] Alternate docs possible?

I don't know if it's possible to have a manual like this on the gnuradio
website, it is a sensible approach. Readers can provide examples of
different uses of the functions, etc.

Maybe it's to intensive for the server or there's too much maintenance.
I suppose there's nothing stopping me from setting it up on a server
either. Well except maybe money and time.
