[Discuss-gnuradio] processing sound output on OSX

Hello,
Newbie alert... am I able to use the output sound on my Mac (10.4) as  
a source in a GR pipeline?  E.g., analyze a podcast  on the fly.   
Alternatively, would the audio_to_file.py script be helpful in this  
regard?
