Hi,
Has anyone had success using VTune (or pin, or another linux profiler)
with GNU Radio? I'm experiencing a difficulty in that VTune segfaults
when trying to process libgnuradio-core and pin produces no output at
all, although both programs work on other binaries, e.g. /bin/ls.
I even removed all of the python from the loop by writing a C++ app that
builds and runs the flow graph.
Information we're looking for includes things like instruction mix and
{CPU time, cache misses, etc etc etc} overhead in a callgraph-like
format which I couldn't figure out how to get out of oprofile.
Thanks,
Dan
