Typically about 250 mW if you send a full-strength signal.  If you back 
off to about 100mW you will get better linearity.

That depends on your antenna and your settings for signal level.  If you 
want to transmit a weaker signal, send a smaller signal to the USRP.

Yes.  You will gain about 1-2 dB by bypassing the filter.
