[Discuss-gnuradio] tunnel.py / pick_bitrate.py

I had originally asked Johnathan Corgan about expanding the list called
sbs_to_mm that has the m&m mu gain for given samples/symbol to include
higher samples per symbol so that we can use it at very low bitrates. I
don't know who wrote the script in the first place, but Johnathan had
indicated he'd get in touch with the author. He's currently out of the
country I believe and I was hoping to get in contact with the author
directly. Would you care to email me?
