[Discuss-gnuradio] USB fix for Linux kernel 2.6.20 backported to release 3.0 tree

If anyone using GNU Radio release 3.0.3 is running into the
"disappearing USRP" problem with Linux kernel 2.6.20, as described in:

...the trunk fix has been backported to the stable branch.  It is
available via SVN here:

http://gnuradio.org/svn/gnuradio/tags/releases/3.0.3-usb-fix

If and when we decide to release 3.0.4, this fix will become part of the
release tarball at that time.
