I think it would be useful to have some AM and some FM.
maybe even some of the multi channel FM I understand you have done.
Perhaps there are copyright issues with distributing the stuff you will
have been receiving - but - since you folk can transmit too, how about:

"This is a sample of <modulation scheme> with <parameters> <parameters>"
or
"Hello my name is Eric Blossom and I pronounce Gnuradio as Gnuradio" :-)


I guess some music would be good too - but anything really.

Some short samples would get folk like me into running the examples
and/or wiring up our own SDRs

Clever people could then contribute blocks without needing hardware
perhaps ?

What do folk think
