Ahh actually I just realised I gave the wrong command line...
env LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include 
SWIG=/usr/local/bin/swig1.3.24 ./configure

is what I used.
Note that I have an updated SWIG  port to get v1.3.24.

OK, I'll just ignore them.

I think you can do..
aclocal19 -I config -I /usr/local/share/aclocal

to work around this bug.
