I stand corrected. Seems like it would not accomplish the original purpose of
preemphasis/deemphasis.

Shouldn't be too hard. I had this running a while ago on GNU Radio 0.7, but
lost interest since all the SCA stuff around me is digital -- I was hoping for
some Muzak.
