[Discuss-gnuradio] Gnu Radio 0.9 on Mac Update

Dear GNU Radio,

The 0.9 release cleared up the last bits of lint on the Mac OS X side 
of the build.

Unfortunately my (lack of) mmap fu has yet to resolve the shared memory 
problem. I may take a step back, taking a bigger look for a solution.
