Not that I know of.

GNU Radio ought to fly on both the G4 and G5. Implementing Altivec
code for the filters would be a good first step.
See gnuradio/src/gnu/lib/gr/gr_fir_FFF_*.{h,cc} and related files for
examples of how we handle this in the generic and x86 specific cases.
