[Discuss-gnuradio] GNU Radio release 0.8

Hi Everyone,

I've cut a new GNU Radio tarball, gnuradio-0.8.tar.gz.

The primary improvements are in the build area.  
This release has been tested under:

       Red Hat 7.3 (x86)
       Red Hat 8.0 (x86)
       Mandrake 8.0 (x86)
       Mandrake 9.0 (x86)
       Debian 2.2 (x86)
       Solaris v8 (sparc)

Please give it a try.  

This tarball should also be a good starting point for you Mac 0S X
users.  It hasn't been tested under OS X.  I don't have one, and the
ones at the SourceForge compile farm are still offline.
