I just cut a new tar-ball distribution of GNU Radio and the
Measurement Computing PCI DAS4020/12 A/D driver.

This release includes Matt's new SCA FM demodulation, as well as
filter design routines and a couple of new abstractions for filtering
that will allows us to add support for SIMD instruction sets without a
kludge.  In addition, it includes our work-in-progress on the ATSC
digital television receiver (HDTV).
