[dev-serveez] server configuration

Hello Serveez'ers,
  now we have a complete example (the foo server) for a full featured
server configuration within the CVS. Instanciating, default values and not
defaultable values of all ITEM_*s is possible.

  All other servers need an review now. Moreover I would like to have an
REGISTER_BOOL() either. Just now is the point when Raimi starts acting...
The actual implementation of the configure->*() callback for the C-guile
interface waits for you. 8-|
