Well the number of such barlines is unlimited in LilyPond, the common
ones are all there as far as I know. You haven't said which one you
want ... you are aware that the dottted barline \bar "!" is available in
the Inserting Barlines menu? In the file you sent you had redefined it
thus

\defineBarLine "!" #'("!" "!" "!")

which says that you want it to be printed at system start, the default
definition is (I think)

\defineBarLine "!" #'("!" "" "!")

which omits it at system start.
