No, that isn't it.

The 3bars test works, the SimpleSymphonyTestVshort doesn't.

I have stripped out all the notes etc from SimpleSymphonyTestVshort, 
deleted all the Score/Movement/Staff directives, added a few notes and 
tenutoed nos 2,3,4

And it still doesn't show. File test2 attached.

PS Incidentally, to delete Movement directives was odd.

I used Movement Properties Editor, and got a window entitled Score and 
Movement Properties editor.
On deleting the first item I had a new window, with the same title, but 
only score properties.
To delete 3 Movement properties, I had to restart from the Movement 
button 3 times.
