Ok. I have placed a tarball and updated the windows binary:
http://denemo.org/downloads/denemo-1.0.0~rc1.tar.gz
http://denemo.org/downloads/denemo-1.0.0.~rc.1-0.mingw.exe
I am not sure why gub put the extra "." after the 1.0.0.
