I thought I had built this from scratch after patching, but in fact the
commit broke the build, so I have commented out the code.
I meant to ask you: are you aware of the binreloc stuff that is in
there? If possible it will be good to avoid anything "fancy" in the
build because it is all too likely to cause problems elsewhere (building
under gub, and those packaging folk...)
