[Denemo-devel] Upbeat

I received some feedback on the Upbeat command from a returning user. It
has an explanation built into the label and then a shortened version of
the explanation in the tooltip, which is the wrong way round. And the
name in the label used  earlier releases was dropped, making difficult
for returning users.
I've put fixes in for this.
