Details:

This bug occured both in denemo v 0.79 and 0.8. I play my Denemo files with
Windows Media Player. For some files, I get a "0xC00D1199: Cannot play file"
from Windows Media Player when trying to play. The same error occurs whether I
start playing from within Denemo or save as MIDI then try to play it. WinXP.
Windows Media Player 0.9.

The files do play in Quicktime, but then with 2 minutes of silence in the
beginning?

I'm attaching "Away in a manger" with a working Denemo and a non-working MIDI
file that demonstrates the problem.
