[Denemo-devel] Repeat Barlines

I've added menu items for repeat barlines - these use the extra display
parameter so that the barline is marked as ":|R" or something like that.
We need to allow scheme to set all the parameters that appear in
Dialogs, and this is just one example that I've done (for the
lilydirective dialog).
To do - first and second time bar repeats, involving {} blocks - I
propose to call these RepeatOpen/Close (while the others are called
RepeatStart/End).
