    Summary:
      Close (temporary) inability to compile latex doc under testing

     Using the -x option of noweave in combination with the use of the
     hyperref package makes the produce latex documentation not compilable
     under Debian sarge/testing.
     
     I've commented out the use of hyperref package for now.
     
     A bug report as been sent to debian.

     I have also updated =tagging-method and .arch-inventory files to
     exclude object files and generated files from 'tla tree-lint'.
