Help compiling ddd in linux.

 Hi, I work in a computing laboratory and I'm having lots of problems
compiling ddd
for linux.

 The machine I use is:

 Debian 2.1
 gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
 Lestiff lesstif-0.91.8.tar.gz
 I've tried XFree 3.3.5 and 3.3.3 

 The compiler gives a lot of warnings while compiling:

 Do you have any idea what the problem could be? The error seems a
problem with lesstiff, but the warnings 
seem to come from the X11 includes, don't them?
