Summary:  hub is disconnecting inactive Clients

Original Submission:  the hub is disconnecting inactive Clients and 
bot's(without heartbeat)

...not good for old NeoModus Clients, or others not using the autosearch for 
alternative file's funktion

the only way this doesn't happen is if the clients answer to passive search 
request so they notice the hub to be still alive
