I believe https://lists.nongnu.org/ is GNU controlled page and
falls outside CVS Project scope. IMO your concerns warrant CVS
Project support and while investigating, I found someone may
have addressed these. What I see today:

Savannah: https://www.nongnu.org/ link resolves to IP 208.118.235.151 which
times out; an issue only GNU operators can resolve.

listinfo: https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/ appears changed.

pipermail: https://lists.nongnu.org/pipermail/ appears changed and redirects
to https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/ which seems appropriate.

I conclude there is no CVS Project work here other than general support but
perhaps I've overlooked something; all guidance is welcome.
