[Cvs-dev] mutliply authorization to repository?

Hello,

I want to have a few projects in my repository, whith different access 
for different users (e.g. users 1 and 2 accesses project A, and users 2 
and 3 access project B).

How can I handle this with CVS ?

1. Can I provide different access to different projects/subdirectories
   in a single repository to different users ?

2. If not, can I have two CVS repositories on a single machine?
