Yes, that looks like the problem - I just checked the local permissions,
and they're the same as the ones on the server. I should've thought of
that myself.

Cygwin does some strange things with permissions sometimes (strange to
me, at least - there's probably some logic behind it). I'll check the
permissions more carefully in future uploads.
