Ahhh.. okay. I already installed that change to config.h config.h.in and
config.h.in.in last week. The most recent cvs-test-results message for
Windows was building all of the stuff in lib without any problems.

However, it had problems with the SUPPORT_OLD_INFO_FMT_STRINGS macro not
protecting a config->UseNewInfoFmtStrings refernce in
commit.c::commit_fileproc(), so I committed a patch for that this
morning. I don't actually have a windows box, so I am waiting to see if
the windows executable actually builds tonight or has another problem to
be resolved.
