Thanks for reporting that. This one's my "fault", as I've been removing dubious abbreviations from tzdata. Of the remaining abbreviations, only CST for America/Belize is dubious. I installed the attached patch to address both issues. No test based on tzdata is self-contained, but the remaining tzdata-dependent tests should be reasonably stable, I would think.
