[PATCH] dd: add punchhole feature

* src/dd.c: add conv=punchhole feature which deallocate space/data from
input file after each read operation.
* doc/coreutils.texi: document the new punchhole feature
* test/dd/punchhole.sh: dumb/minor test for the new punchhole feature
