Subject: [PATCH 21/22] build: remove redundant indirection with variable '$(doc_srcdir)'

It's clearer and better to just inline the '$(srcdir)/doc' expansion.

* doc/local.mk (doc_srcdir): Delete.
All usages adjusted.
