Wrong list - sed is not part of GNU coreutils.

But the answer is yes, sed can be built for 64-bit windows; and in fact,
if you are looking for a pre-compiled version of sed for that platform,
I would suggest you go to cygwin.com.

Followup questions should be directed to lists dedicated to porting GNU
software to windows, such as the cygwin list.
