FYI,
I neglected to run "make syntax-check", so didn't see this new
failure until now:

    tests/du/bigtime:35:  skip_test_ "file system or localtime mishandles big 
time stamps: $future_time" ;;
    maint.mk: line(s) with more than 80 characters; reindent

Here's the fix:
