The data dictionary and some preliminary forms are the cvs tree for 
fsf-contacts.  I was hoping to get some feedback.  I plan on the second half of 
this week polishing it up a bit.  I would then very much like to get a postgres 
database instance installed and the GNUe environment so we can have people at 
the office give it a spin.
