    libdde_linux26: make stub `pcibios_enable_device' return success

    Currently, the function `pcibios_enable_device' is a stub and returns
    an error. Making it return success allows me to use the `e1000e'
    driver to talk to the network card in my Thinkpad X61s.

    * libdde_linux26/lib/src/arch/l4/pci.c (pcibios_enable_device): Return
    success.
