    xen: fix error handling
    
    Previously, the error KERN_RESOURCE_SHORTAGE was not properly
    propagated.
    
    Found using the Clang Static Analyzer.
    
    * xen/block.c (device_open): Fix error handling, remove unused label.
    * xen/net.c (device_open): Likewise.
