    Make tmpfs work for any size of input data.
    
    * tmpfs/node.c (diskfs_get_filemap): Add user_page_info structure to
    pager.
    * tmpfs/pager-stubs.c (pager_read_page, pager_write_page,
    pager_clear_user_data): Rewrite functions.
    * tmpfs/tmpfs.h (struct user_page_info): Add sensible fields.
