        * type.c (itMakeNaturalType): New function.
        (init_type): Use that instead of itMakeIntType for itWaitTimeType and
        itMsgOptionType--give them each their special typedef names.
        * routine.c (rtCheckArgTypes): Use itCheckNaturalType for rtMsgOption.
